Trusted by patients our health professionals everywhere, it contains simple and easy functions to help you have the most pleasant experience with us, every time. The Optical Express Patient Hub iOS App has a user-friendly interface that allows a quick adjustment in personal details, appointments, downloading personalised documents and tracking your stages when undertaking any treatments or procedures with us. In each stage of the patient journey the interface is designed to update with patient specific new documents, checklists and content. Simple but effective.

What does the Patient Hub offer?

A patient portal is a secure online website that gives convenient, 24-hour access to your Optical Express appointments and information. Activating your patient portal is simple and only takes a few minutes.

  • History and lifestyle

    Patients can now complete their health and lifestyle questionnaire on their online patient hub account, prior to their appointment so you save valuable time. Patients can also still complete this at the consultation if they wish. 

  • Managing appointments

    With the Optical Express Patient Hub it is possible to schedule, view and reschedule appointments. 

  • Appointment checklists

    We've provided handy checklists to help you prepare for your appointments and to reassure you of what to expect.

  • Profile

    The Patient Hub contains a profile section making contact details easy to update, manage their contact preferences and know what percentage of their questionnaire and profile is complete. Your profile even allows you to jot down private reminders before, during or after appointments to help remember information. 

  • Documents

    With the introduction of personalised documents available in the Patient Hub, you can be entirely paperless if you prefer, read and review informational and consent documents.

  • Support

    With the Patient Hub personalised support is now centralised, you can review our frequently asked questions, contact numbers or message your patient advisor directly 

Who can access the Patient Hub?

The new Optical Express Patient Hub is currently available for laser eye, lens and cataract surgery patients when you book a new consultation appointment. you'll receive a unique secure access link in your confirmation email. If you do not have a current booking but would like access, please speak to a member of our team.
