Dr Jairaj has a special interest in many eye conditions such as medical retina, glaucoma and cataracts. He has held teaching posts as a lecturer in Universities in Malaysia and Papua New Guinea and achieved his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons from the Royal College of Glasgow.

Dr Jairaj participated as a high volume surgeon over 100 times in many humanitarian community outreach projects such as ‘Second Sight’ a UK organisation that provides free eye surgery projects in India and the screening and surgical camps.
