At Optical Express our first priority is the safety of our patients and employees.

Throughout the pandemic, we closely followed advice from the UK and devolved governments, public health bodies and regulators in relation to Coronavirus.

Optical Express, as a provider of essential eye care, has been open and on hand to care for our patients throughout the pandemic. As restrictions enforced by the UK and devolved governments ease, Optical Express continue to support all of your eye care needs, including pre-operative in clinic consultations, clinician led telemedicine facilitated consultations and discussions, vision correction surgery, post-operative care plus all essential eye examinations and contact lens care. These services are delivered within a healthcare setting and as such the robust protocols and procedures that have been in place throughout the pandemic will continue to be upheld at Optical Express to create a safe environment for our patients and our employees. This means that our staff will follow strict hygiene and safety procedures including social distancing where possible and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
