Being a Canadian national, Amrutha moved to the UK and successfully completed her Bachelors degree in Optometry at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge in 2022 and continued her education further to complete her Masters in Advanced Clinical Optometry at the University of Manchester in 2025.
Gaining further education at the University of Manchester and achieving her Professional Certificate in Medical Retina and the Professional Certificate in Glaucoma.
These provide Amrutha with a deeper understanding and knowledge and provided the clinical skills in the diagnosis, management and treatment of retinal diseases and glaucoma.
She has a strong focus on patient journey and their individual experience ensuring each patient is receiving the highest quality of care.
