Book Your FREE* Eye Test
Just like a visit to the dentist an eye examination should be part of your regular health care. An eye examination is more than just a sight test. It can identify other health issues. Your optometrist will check for early signs of eye disease such as glaucoma and cataracts. They can also check for a number of general health conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Early diagnosis of an eye or health condition may prevent or delay more serious damage.
Your optometrist will advise you how often you should have your eyes tested. This will depend on your individual needs but for most people it is advised to have an eye examination every two years. We will make sure you always receive the very best clinical care, treatment and advice.
* In Scotland the NHS pay for your eye test. In England and Wales an eye test is FREE with any purchase of glasses, contact lenses or sunglasses. Without purchase the cost of an eye test in England and Wales is £20.
