The Optical Express clinic in Kirkcaldy provides eyecare services like contact lens fitting and aftercare, as well as eye examinations and laser eye surgery consultations. Leave the A92 at the Kirkcaldy west exit (A910) and follow the A910 until you reach the Fife Retail Park roundabout. Take the 4th exit (town centre) onto Wester Bogie Road and continue along this road until you reach the roundabout next to Aldi supermarket. Turn right onto Forth Avenue until you reach the mini roundabout then take a right onto Abbotshall Road. At the next roundabout turn left onto Nicol Street (A910) and continue along to the traffic lights at the crossroads. On your right is the start of the High Street. Optical Express is on your left hand side passed the entrance to Mercat.
Parking is available on the esplanade or in the Mercat Shopping Centre car park, both are only a short walk from the clinic.
Kirkcaldy train station is a short ten minute walk from the clinic. Exit past the art gallery and museum, through the Memorial Gardens towards the petrol station at the bottom. Walk down the road with the petrol station on your right toward the bus station and follow directions from bus station.
Kirkcaldy bus station is only two minutes from the clinic. Buses run regularly from Dunfermline, Glenrothes and surrounding areas to Kirkcaldy. From the bus station follow the path down the side of the Postings which leads to the High Street.
