Before my treatment at Optical Express I had to either wear my glasses or contacts daily. In my job as a professional rugby coach, being able to see detail from 50-meter distances are imperative.
Wearing my glasses was a real pain, particularly being outdoors on the training field during the wet weather. I had been known to put my glasses in my pocket while I demonstrated an exercise, only to find them snapped or smashed on retrieving them!
The results were immediate and improved day by day. There is no fussing with contact lenses or trying to find my glasses each morning, everything is clear and my vision is 100%.
Optical Express were extremely professional from start to finish. The service was efficient and everything was planned to suit my needs. I felt comfortable with all the procedures as my consultation was completed thoroughly. I was aware what was going to happen from start to finish.
The laser procedure itself was performed in minutes and was a totally pain free experience. I had several follow-up appointments, at which I was given any reassurances I needed. All the staff at Optical Express were helpful, friendly and professional.
I would recommend the treatment to anyone; my only regret is not getting it done in my playing days!
