How to Join

Getting started is simple: just send an e-mail to corporateeyecare@opticalexpress.com or a fax to ‘Corporate Eye Care’ on 01236 795 017 detailing the following pieces of information:

• Full contact name, telephone number, address and e-mail address

• Number of employees

• Which programme(s) you wish to join

• How much you are willing to contribute towards the glasses (minimum of £50 for normal glasses, £110 for safety glasses)

• If you wish to become a VDU programme member, please confirm whether you will contribute solely to VDU–use-only glasses, or if you will also contribute to glasses for general use incorporating a VDU prescription.

• In which geographical areas your staff will require access to our services so that we can identify which stores you will be using and make sure they are fully aware of this
