Shehzad graduated from Bradford University and went on to do further studies such as receiving his Professional Certificate in Glaucoma, Professional Certificate in Medical Retina and Minor Eye Conditions Service (MECS).
He joined Optical Express as an Optometrist and enjoys the wide range of services that we have to offer ranging from core optometry to refractive and everything in between as it means that he is able to help out a wider range of people.
Shehzad is a qualified Independent Prescribing optometrist which enables him to manage many eye conditions at a community level without the need to refer his patients to visit an eye Doctor in Hospital.
He also is part of our pre-registration programme, where he will train, monitor and support newly qualified optometrists.
