Chris graduated in 2012 from the Glasgow Caledonian University and joined Optical Express in 2017.
Based at our East Kilbride clinic, Chris is one of our experienced optometrists with a qualification in Independent Prescribing (IP) which enables him to manage many eye conditions at community level without the need to refer patients to an eye Doctor at a hospital.
Chris is also a pre-registration supervisor. He enjoys helping optometrists through their training and passing their final exam. His clinical knowledge and practice involves diagnosing, managing and providing treatment plans for a range of eye conditions and diseases. His day to day includes pre and post-surgery consultations and post-operative checks on surgery patients.
